2. Overview / Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RainbowlinQ ("RainbowlinQ," "we," "us," or "our"), including our app, websites, support channels, safety tools, and related services.
By accessing or using RainbowlinQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any feature-specific rules that apply to the features you use.
3. Eligibility
RainbowlinQ is only for users who are at least 18 years old. You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you may not use RainbowlinQ if applicable law prohibits you from doing so. RainbowlinQ may suspend or delete accounts that appear to belong to underage users.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and update it when needed. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse accounts, or use another person's account without permission.
Usernames, profile information, and account presentation may not be misleading, deceptive, or intended to impersonate another person, organization, or entity. RainbowlinQ reserves the right to reclaim, modify, or restrict usernames for operational, legal, trademark, impersonation, safety, or platform integrity reasons.
RainbowlinQ may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for safety, legal, operational, or policy reasons, including suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, or violations of these Terms.
5. Community Guidelines
You must comply with the Community Guidelines. They form part of these Terms and explain the behavior and content standards expected on RainbowlinQ.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the posts, comments, reactions, profile information, photos, media, messages, and other content you create, upload, post, send, or otherwise provide through RainbowlinQ ("User Content").
You grant RainbowlinQ a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, moderate, translate, adapt for technical formatting, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide RainbowlinQ.
This license ends within a reasonable period after your User Content is deleted from the platform, except where content or related information remains in backups, reports, moderation records, safety investigations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement records.
You are responsible for the User Content you post or send, and you must have all rights and permissions needed to upload or share it. RainbowlinQ may remove, restrict, or moderate User Content when we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, law, user safety, or platform integrity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use RainbowlinQ to do or support any of the following:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, exploitation, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, dehumanizing content, or attacks based on identity, protected traits, or vulnerability.
- Impersonation, fraud, scams, spam, fake engagement, or platform manipulation.
- Illegal content, illegal activity, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or attempts to obtain sexual content by coercion or deception.
- Doxxing or publishing private information without permission.
- Outing users or disclosing someone's sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, relationship status, location, or other sensitive personal information without consent.
- Malware, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass security, ranking, reporting, or moderation systems.
- Harming, surveilling, blackmailing, extorting, exploiting, or endangering others.
8. Messaging, Calls, And User Interactions
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. RainbowlinQ does not guarantee any user's identity, intentions, statements, conduct, compatibility, or safety.
RainbowlinQ cannot prevent users from screenshotting, recording, copying, saving, or sharing content outside the platform. Use caution when meeting or communicating with others, especially when sharing personal information, location, photos, money, or sensitive details.
9. Reporting, Moderation, And Enforcement
Users may report content or accounts. RainbowlinQ may review, investigate, remove, restrict, rank down, suspend, terminate, or preserve content, accounts, and activity when we believe it is appropriate for safety, legal, policy, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
Enforcement may be automated, manual, or both. RainbowlinQ is not obligated to monitor everything, and moderation systems may make mistakes. Appeals may be available where supported by our tools or policies.
RainbowlinQ may preserve content, reports, account records, communications, metadata, moderation records, and other relevant information for safety, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or policy enforcement purposes.
10. Safety And Emergency Situations
RainbowlinQ may act to protect users, the public, or the platform. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required or when we believe it is necessary for serious safety threats, exploitation, violence, self-harm risk, fraud, abuse prevention, or platform security.
RainbowlinQ is not an emergency service and does not promise real-time monitoring, emergency intervention, or immediate response. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or trusted local support resources.
11. Payments And Subscriptions
Paid features may be available. Prices, billing terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment processing may depend on app store, payment provider, or other third-party rules. You must comply with all applicable payment terms.
12. Intellectual Property
RainbowlinQ owns its software, branding, logos, designs, systems, interfaces, and platform content, except for User Content and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse RainbowlinQ intellectual property except as allowed by the service or applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
RainbowlinQ may integrate third-party services, including authentication, hosting, payments, communications, moderation, analytics, app store services, and support tools. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
14. Service Changes
RainbowlinQ may modify, suspend, discontinue, test, update, remove, or limit features at any time. Some features may vary by region, app version, device, account status, or availability.
15. Termination
You may stop using RainbowlinQ or delete your account where supported. RainbowlinQ may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, safety, legal, abuse-prevention, security, or operational reasons.
Certain provisions survive termination, including User Content licenses, safety and enforcement records, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms.
16. Disclaimers
RainbowlinQ is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available. We also do not guarantee user conduct, compatibility, matches, discovery, safety, or outcomes.
17. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RainbowlinQ and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of RainbowlinQ.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RainbowlinQ and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, misuse of RainbowlinQ, violation of these Terms or our policies, or unlawful conduct.
19. Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California, United States, will have jurisdiction and venue over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or RainbowlinQ, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. No Waiver
If RainbowlinQ does not enforce a provision of these Terms right away, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Force Majeure
RainbowlinQ is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or failures of third-party providers.
23. Changes To Terms
RainbowlinQ may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice as required by applicable law or platform requirements. Continued use of RainbowlinQ after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
