Deletion Options
You may delete your RainbowlinQ account through the RainbowlinQ app if the feature is available. If in-app deletion is not available or you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing privacy@rainbowlinq.com.
What To Include
To help us locate your account, please include:
- the email address associated with your RainbowlinQ account
- your username, if known
- a clear statement that you want to delete your account
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before completing a deletion request.
What May Be Deleted
Account deletion may include deletion or de-identification of:
- account profile information
- account settings
- user-generated content associated with the account, where applicable
What May Be Retained
We may retain information where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment compliance, reports, moderation records, backups, or safety-related purposes.
Content copied, saved, screenshotted, reported, or shared by other users may not be fully removable from outside RainbowlinQ.
Deleting your account does not necessarily remove messages previously sent to other users. Messages that have already been delivered may remain visible to recipients. RainbowlinQ may also retain message-related information where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform operations.
